We run only twin spindle, single and twin turret, live tool (including Y axis), bar fed Lathes & Swiss machines up to 2” in diameter with Fanuc controls. We work Monday through Thursday with overtime opportunities on Friday’s.  1st shift only.

CNC Operator

This position will be responsible for operating CNC lathes & swiss machines.

Compensation:
$18.00 to $21.00/hour based on experience

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the CNC manufacturing industry

Skill Requirements:

  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Ability to understand GD&T symbols & specifications
  • Measure & document part dimensions
  • Make offsets
  • Ability to use touch-off tools
  • Ability to change tooling as needed
  • Ability to maintain tight tolerances

CNC Set Up / Lead Person

This position will be responsible for setting up CNC lathes & swiss machines.

Compensation:
$23.00 to $30.00/hour based on experience

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the CNC manufacturing industry
  • Experience with short run manufacturing

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficient at setting up multi-axis lathes
  • Ability to make program adjustments at the machine
  • Capable of 100% inspecting finished parts
  • Proficiency in understanding & selecting proper tooling
  • Ability to calculate speeds & feeds
  • Good troubleshooting ability
  • Working knowledge of 5S principals
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Proficient knowledge of GD&T symbols & specifications
